Breach instructions: Breaching party shall have thirty (30) days to cure the alleged breach and to notify non-breaching party that the cure has been effected. If not cured within thirty days, the non-breaching party shall have the right to suspend or terminate without further notice. JSTOR may suspend or terminate (or request the Licensee to suspend or terminate) an Authorized User's access; or the IP address; or request Licensee to consider imposition of further reasonable restrictions on access to, and downloading and printing from JSTOR Archive. JSTOR shall make reasonable efforts to contact the Licensee prior to any suspension or termination and to restore access promptly following successful resolution.
General Note: Agreement continues for three years and renews for successive one year terms.
