Your campus may also have additional policies that govern the use of electronic resources. Other Access Restrictions: May not use FirstSearch service for cataloging purposes. May use information for identifying materials to be ordered via interlibrary loan.
Restrictions on library services
Archiving: Electronic Collections Online Database: OCLC will migrate archived Collection files to new data formats as current formats become outmoded. Yes, LOCKSS, Portico, or other shared online archive.
Perpetual Access: Yes. Note: Yes for the Electronic Collections Online Database for the years to which the Subscriber has subscribed through the online archive; No for FirstSearch

Breach instructions: OCLC may suspend access upon written notice at any time that Subscriber is in breach of its materials obligation, provided that in the event the Subscriber cures the breach with thirty (30) days, OCLC will restore the access. If the breach is not cured within thirty days, Agreement may be terminated. Electronic Collections Online Database: if the breach is not cured within thirty days the Subscriber is required to request reinstatement of its access account.
General Note: Access to certain databases available via FirstSearch service requires a separate agreement between Subscriber and third-party provider. Agreement may be terminated with a 30 day written notice prior to the renewal date. Electronic Collections Online Database: use of the data is governed by the Subscriber's Agreement(s) with the Publishers.
