Breach instructions: In event of violation, Licensee shall notify Springer as soon as possible, specifying the nature, source and extent of violation, Springer and Licensee agree to take immediate action to suspend access to the Licensed Materials by ant Authorized User violating restrictions on use. Failure of Licensee to cooperate in taking immediate action shall be deemed a breach. Breaching party shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of notice to cure alleged breach or to take all reasonable actions to correct the access breach and to notify the non-breaching party in writing. If not cured or all reasonable actions not taken Agreement may be terminated by notice.
General Note: Titles cancelled between 2005-2008 are covered by this amendment.
