Note: Upon termination of all annual subscriptions on ScienceDirect online, Subscriber may 1)acquire an electronic copy and/or 2) continue online access for an annual access fee. If a particular book or Subscribed Title is withdrawn by Elsevier or not renewed by Subscriber, but the Subscriber remains a ScienceDirect online subscriber, access will continue at no additional charge for the publication years paid, provided that Elsevier continues to hold the electronic rights thereto.
