Breach instructions: In case of unauthorized use William S. Hein & Co. may suspend or terminate access of the IP addresses from which unauthorized use occurred or request Licensee to suspend or terminate access. Either party may notify other of a breach. The breaching party shall have 30 days from receipt of notice to cure the alleged breach or to take all reasonable actions to correct the alleged breach and to notify the other party in writing. Otherwise non-breaching party shall have the right to terminate the Agreement. Authorized copies may be retained by Licensee or Authorized Users. William S. Hein & Co. may terminate access immediately in serious cases; will immediately notify Licensee.
General Note: Payment due within 45 days.
