Limitations on simultaneous users: Unlimited
Walk-in library use permitted? Yes
Limitations on walk-in locations: Walk-in users are not permitted to save any content onto any form of portable media or computing device, including but not limited to, USB sticks, external hard drives, flash card or Blackberries.
Remote access permitted? Yes
Additional restrictions on usage
Printing: Permitted. Note: Copying must be limited to making a single printed copy or electronic copies of a reasonable number of individual articles or similar items.
Downloading: Permitted. Note: Walk-in users are not permitted to save any content onto any form of portable media or computing device, including but not limited to, USB sticks, external hard drives, flash card or Blackberries. Non-walk in users: Copying must be limited to making a single printed copy or electronic copies of a reasonable number of individual articles or similar items.
Sharing: Prohibited
Other Access Restrictions: ILL: only can lend to institutions in the same country as the Institution.
Restrictions on library services
Interlibrary Loan: Permitted
Interlibrary Loan Delivery: Print or fax. Ariel/Odyssey. Follow CONTU guidelines. Can only lend to non-profits.
E-reserves: Permitted, delete upon cessation of use.
Archiving: IOP has intention of of ultimately becoming LOCKSS compliant. Yes, LOCKSS, Portico, or other shared online archive.
Perpetual Access: Yes. Note: Access to journals published during full calendar years in which the Institution had access to the Service. IOP will give the Institution a disc containing that content. Or may continue to access the content via the website upon payment of annual maintenance fee to IOP.

Paper coursepacks: Yes
Electronic coursepacks: Yes
Notes: Delete upon cessation of use.

Breach instructions: If breach is not remedied or the Institution fails to take all actions reasonably required by IOP within 30 days of the breaching party receiving a written request to remedy such breach or following 30 days prior written notice by either party to the other the Agreement will terminate. IOP reserves the right to suspend access if detect a breach but not without notifying the Institution in writing in advance.
