Other Access Restrictions: E-reserve limits per course, per semester: up to twenty-five (25) Articles or eBooks per semester, per course in PDF or HTML format for the purposes of electronic course reserves on Licensee's internal, secured computer network accessible only to Authorized Users
Restrictions on library services
Interlibrary Loan: Permitted
Interlibrary Loan Delivery: Print or fax. Ariel/Odyssey. Follow CONTU guidelines.
E-reserves: Permitted, delete upon cessation of use.
Archiving: No
Perpetual Access: Yes. Note: Licensee may obtain one (1) static copy of the Licensed Products containing content published between the Service Date and termination date of this agreement by paying the then-applicable fee assessed by IEEE for access. The static file shall not include any IEEE Standards Online Packages, eBooks, or content licensed by IEEE from third-party content providers or for which IEEE otherwise does not have the right to provide archival access. IEEE shall provide the static file to Licensee on a USB drive or comparable media. Licensee shall have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the static file only in accordance with the same terms and conditions that govern the use of Licensed Products under this Agreement.

Breach instructions: Material Breach. Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party that remains uncured thirty (30) days after the non-breaching party gives the breaching party written notice of such breach. Events Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall make reasonable efforts to delete all electronic copies of Articles and eBooks that are in its possession or control. Licensee may continue to use print copies of Articles and excerpts from eBooks made in accordance with the terms and conditions herein during the term of this Agreement, provided that Section 3(c) shall continue to govern use of such materials.
