Other Access Restrictions: Course packs in non-electronic non-print perceptible form, such as audio or Braille, may also be offered to Authorised Users who, in the reasonable opinion of the Client, are visually impaired.

Breach instructions: 4.2 The Client shall use reasonable efforts to Inform users that they may not copy, distribute, republish, transfer any rights, sell, license, lease, give, permanently retain, decompile, reverse engineer, disseminate, publish, assign (whether directly or Indirectly, by operation of law or otherwise), transmit, scan, or otherwise reproduce, disclose or grant a Security Interest In or make available to others or create derivative works from the Product or any portion thereof, except as specifically authorised herein. Client must not remove any proprietary legends or markings, watermarks, including copyright or trademark or other proprietary notices of IHS or Its third party providers contained on or in Products and Client will reproduce all such notices on all copies permitted to be made by Client under this Agreement. Client must secure all forms of Product r es to prevent unauthorised access of the Product(s) licensed herein. In addition, In all Instances Clients use of the Product or any portion thereof, shall be in accordance with all applicable U.S. Copyright Laws, Including without limitation, the Fair Use Doctrine. Client undertakes and agrees to use the web tools, search engines or software where provided only for purpose of accessing the Products and shall not be entitled to any technical support In relation to such web tool, search engine or software. Client may retain one archival hard copy or such number of copies of the Product(&) or any portion of Product(s) licensed hereunder as are required by law. Such copy(s) may not be accessed on a day-to-day basis for reference or to form a library or for other purposes. 4.3 Client acknowledges that (I) Products comprise valued proprietary and commercial Information of IHS and third party providers and are the property of IHS and third party providers; and (II) this license granted herein does not confer any ownership rights whatsoever In Products. Client shall promptly give notice In writing to IHS If It becomes aware of any Infringement or suspected Infringement of any Intellectual property rights In the Product by any third party and will take any and all actions that may reasonably be required by tHS to protect the proprietary rights as owned by IHS or third party providers.
General Note: 8.2 Upon the expiry or termination of this Agreement, Client represents and warrants that it will (I) pay immediately all fees outstanding through the date of termination; and (li) discontinue all use of Product(s);..Upon Termination of this Agreement online access to the Licensed Materials by Client and Authorized Users shall be immediately terminated. Client shall make reasonable efforts to notify Authorized Users that, except as authorized under the Fair Use Provision of the Copyright Law applicable to educational Institutions, any and all copies of Licensed Materials or any portion thereof, must be destroyed and purged from any and all electronic media.
